The talk as a deck of 30 cards. Press S for stage mode: one card at a time, driven by a clicker. Left as it is, it reads top to bottom.

I am here to show you where the web is going, and to give you the system I use to build for it. Put your guard down.
The frame
They are not choosing somebody better. They are choosing somebody they can see. Six things decide whether a machine can see you at all. That is the whole night, and we go through every one.
The six pieces of an agentic website
Most of this room has already felt it in the numbers. In five minutes a real website goes on this screen.
Their own dashboard
Google, in their own words. May 2026
Working in the background, around the clock. Coming back with pricing, availability, and direct links to book.
For select categories to start. Home repair, beauty and pet care. It will call more than one of you, and the first one that answers well gets the job.
Do not take my word for it
Then open the Agentic Browsing tab.
The score is a ratio, read off the screen.
llms.txt is optional, and still worth having.
Schema here means WebMCP.
What it just checked
A button with no label is invisible to a machine, the same way it is to a screen reader.
What it just checked
If things move while the page loads, an agent clicks where the button used to be.
What it just checked
A plain summary of your site, written for AI. One part of Google scores it. Another says Search ignores it. I watch them get read anyway. An hour of work, it has never hurt anybody, and I would put one up.
What it just checked
Your forms, described in a way an agent can fill in rather than guess at.
The checklist
That part is real, and it will fix what is broken on the site you have today.
How you actually get found
It is the same way a person decides you are worth trusting. Those answers are your blog posts. Not keyword pages. Every one of them is you answering something properly, and the trust is what stacks up when you keep doing it.
What high quality actually means
Not longer. Not more keywords. A real question a customer asked, answered in your words, with your prices and your service area on it. Pages made mainly to catch a search are what Google calls scaled content abuse. A written policy, not an opinion.
The turn
It answers tomorrow exactly the way it answered today.
While you sleep
Nothing dramatic. It reads what your site actually did that day, finds one thing worth changing, and leaves it on your desk.
What you run today
Eleven at night. No preview, no approval, no undo.
What this runs
Five steps, and you are the one in the middle.
Ask what your process today would have caught. Then decide which of these two you would actually call the risky one.
One of the three sites we run this on. It found this overnight, wrote the fix, and then waited for me.
That page on Tuesday
Emergency service
Call the office and we will let you know if somebody is available.
Two other pages answered it differently
The same page Wednesday
Emergency service
We answer twenty four seven. Call any hour, any day.
All three pages now say the same thing
This one ends every month better than it started.
That is the whole difference.
Back to the six we opened with
My read, not a statistic. An agent recommends what it can read, what it has reason to trust, and what it can act on. That is all tonight was about, and the businesses that get those three right in the next six months are the ones it keeps handing out.
The same six, now lit
Friday morning
Free. It takes ten seconds. You already watched it happen.
What you are leaving with
Not the autonomous part. The part that gets you a site you would be proud to hand a client, and gets you the same result the next time.
